Refund policy

Whilst we do our absolute best to ensure a premium service some items are non refundable. Bespoke services are non refundable upon receipt of invoice, the initial charge is refundable if you decide not to proceed. COA services are also non refundable. Item finding services are partially refundable depending on what you require.
