JamRoc authentication does not take responsibility for items damaged in transit. It is best practise for senders to ensure the correct insurance/cover is taken out to protect the item. It is also best practise to ensure items are suitably protected and photos prior to sending should be taken. JamRoc will take photos of the item as it arrives, after authentication/bespoke services and pre and post packaging. All autographs are identified to the best of our abilities using the tooling we have. Using known autographs and various other pieces of equipment identify autographs and ensuring they are genuine. All certificates and items are assigned a number, with certification hand signed by JamRoc's founder.
